Calls will either be diverted direct to Mr and Mrs Dings home, a mobile number or there will be a simple answerphone message telling you what to do

At Evergreen we strongly believe we have a personal responsibility in helping to care for our clients out of hours, but we cannot do it 24 hours a day 365 days a year all by ourselves!
Therefore out of normal working hours, Evergreen Vets share their duties with a dedicated 24 hour Emergency Hospital covering accidents and emergencies. The hospital is located in the middle of Cheadle Hulme, only 5-10 minutes drive from Poyton. It is called A&E vets and runs from the premises of Woodcroft Veterinary Hospital in Queens Road Cheadle Hulme SK8 5LU, close to the railway station beyond the lights.
They are also available for telephone advice if you are worried about your pet but are not sure if it requires emergency veterinary treatment.
We believe that by combining our own efforts with those of a dedicated Emergency Team we provides the best balance in critical care for your pets as they are treated immediately either by a vet that knows you and your pet's problems or by those who specialize in emergency and critical care.
