Consultations
Consultations can normally be made with your preferred vet and are by appointment.
Most consultations are are for 15 minutes giving ample time to discuss your pets problems and decide upon a rational approach to diagnosis and treatment.
At Evergreen we pride ourselves in not keeping clients waiting more than a quarter of an hour although we ask clients to bear with us if an emergency arises.
Urgent cases will always be seen the same day.
If you get up to a sick pet but cannot make or attend a morning appointment (perhaps because of work), we are happy to admit it for hospitalisation for the day (at any time after 8.30a.m.) By leaving contact details we can then discuss the problem and start diagnosis and treatment more promptly than if you make an appointment that evening.
